EXAMINATIONS

Landesverband der Volkshochschulen Sachsen-Anhalt e.V. has been providing language examinations for over 25 years. We are an established partner of telc gGmbH and the Goethe Institut in Saxony-Anhalt in the preparation, conduct and assessment of language examinations at all levels of the Common European Framework of Reference.

Our language staff ​​are highly motivated and qualified, take annual training courses on new developments in the field of languages ​​and have very extensive practical experience in language teaching at all levels.

The examiners in our language tests are regularly trained by the employees several times a year and participate in nationwide comparative tests in the assessment of examinations. In this way, we guarantee objective and independent assessment of their results in each of the examinations.

We set the highest quality standards for our own services, which we prove time and again in our annual external audits as part of our quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and the German accreditation and authorisation ordinance [AZAV]. The certificate demonstrates that we master our processes.

Through our close cooperation with the examination licensors, we can offer you a comprehensive range of language examinations, which is aligned to current requirements and your needs. We also make sure that our license partners meet the highest quality standards and respond to customer requests.

We have standardised our internal operations with a view to efficient administration.

The German adult education centre (Volkshochschule), with its own certificate systems as a unique provider of lifelong learning, proved early on that it provides accessible, goal-oriented education for everyone.

Landesverband der Volkshochschulen Sachsen-Anhalt is the examination centre for the 15 adult education centres in Saxony-Anhalt.
